WHAT IS ACTUALLY PLUGGING YOUR WELL
In HCT's assessments, nine out of ten declining wells are biofouled, not broken.
Iron and sulfur bacteria colonize the screen and gravel pack and build a polysaccharide biofilm. That slime traps sand, silt, and mineral scale, and shields the colony from chlorine. Every year the flow path narrows a little more, and the well is written off as "tired" when it is really plugged.
Well-Klean© starts from the well's own water and deposit analysis, so the chemistry goes after what is actually in the hole: carbonate, iron oxide, manganese, silicate, and the biofilm holding it all together.
