Contact the Freight Carrier with the Pro Number
Almost all products are made to order and picked up by the carrier on day 5 following the order date. Once picked up, we receive and email you the PRO number of the carrier and the carrier information. Once picked up, it is out of our control, including the accuracy of the information, and we are both at the mercy of the carrier. Note that the carriers are a network of independent forwarding companies (for the timeliest delivery at the lowest cost).
