2. BULK TANKS: To be inspected and registered with HCT along with expiry dates prominently noted on tank.
3. CHANGE ORDERS: Charged at prevailing rates.

5. CONSULTING FEES: Charged at prevailing rates.
6. CONTAINERS AND DISPOSAL: All containers are single use, one way, non-deposit & recyclable. Recovery services are
available in most areas.
7. CONTAINERS RE-USE: Reusable when properly tested, cleaned and sanitized.
8. CREDIT CARD AND BANK FEES: Assessed over the stated prices at prevailing percentages.
9. DELIVERY TIMING: Normally shipped within 5 to 7 BUSINESS days. Allow for carriers handling and scheduling - HCT is NOT
ABLE to control delivery dates. DROP SHIPPING SERVICE AND HANDLING FEES APPLY.
10. FREIGHT - FOB: Origin (Usually Los Angeles or Modesto California).
11. FREIGHT BILLING: Usually pre-paid and added to your invoice for your convenience.
12. FREIGHT COSTS: Please use an online service. DROP SHIPPING SERVICE AND HANDLING FEES APPLY.
13. GUARANTEES: None of the products are sold on a performance basis.
14. HCT MORALS AND ETHICS POLICY BETWEEN RE-SELLERS ARE ALWAYS IN EFFECT.
15. MARKET SEGMENTS: Buyer is not authorized to sell product outside its designated market segment(s), Example: purchase
under Ag and sell into turf.
16. MINIMUM ORDER: 30 gl. - Distributors, pallet quantities.
